The Business Relationship Manager will act as primary POC for developing and managing the ERP ecosystem ensuring no disruption in daily operations, engage frequently with Executive management and partner closely with key Business and IT stakeholders in other organizations.
Oversee all activities involved in PRO Service Center 's operations; operate a profitable facility to meet or exceed plan; maintain an overall high employee & customer service level while meeting all quality and ESH requirements.
Assess the progress of Lean Leaders during project applications, verify/validate Black Belt-led projects and Kaizen savings, and assess the knowledge and skills of Lean Leaders for certification purposes.
Provide monthly reports, exception reports & Adhoc reporting to Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Distributors and Market Managers as it relates to all aspects of the business. (Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals, Prior Year, Cost Movements, Product Categories and Markets).
Monitor processes and be able to train operators to not only monitor the process but also know when the process goes beyond established limits; establish process controls in manufacturing with a focus on reduction of variability.
Generate production Capacity Requirement Planning according to the demand forecast and generate production resource requirement plan to include labor, equipment, fixtures, tools and sub-materials, etc. to support the CRP.
Evaluates customer technical specifications and drawings to determine process or product applicability and reproducibility; and determines the appropriate methods for fabricating and bonding materials.
Create and lead project plans and work-stream status reports - provide routine program updates to key stakeholders; capturing status, upcoming deliverables, risks and issues; ensuring interdependencies are addressed.
Educates the organization on new approaches and helps the organization understand the techniques and mathematical models; gathers and analyzes information on current and future trends of best practice.
Provide guidance to the proposal team including target pricing, competitive information, etc. to bolster new business win rate; assist in sales forecasting activities to support budget planning and financial reporting.
Negotiate service contracts with customers and develop project plans to develop and tailor the brake product in line with customer specifications; oversee the research and development of brake pad products designed for our customers, and analyze the results of the studies to provide recommendations.
This role will be a key contributor to the management and optimization of our overall global enterprise model. As a representative of the Enterprise Infrastructure Services Team, you will collaborate with our business partners to interpret their needs and design/deliver solutions to meet the business unit's and corporate objectives.
