Manages operational function of secure file transfer enterprise wide - Using business standard managed file transfer solutions to securely transfer files internally and externally for processing and other IS functions.
Contribute to the definition of requirements in support of budget plans and make recommendations for ways to improve performance and reduce costs. Develop business cases that support changes to network and system infrastructure.
Act as the subject matter expert of System Performance in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include answering technical inquires related to in-building penetration, network performance, coverage issues, and customer/handset issues.
