As a Senior Commercial/Civil Litigation Associate or Counsel with ideally a minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial litigator to help support the partners in this small litigation boutique with an increasingly busy case load. You will take responsibility for trials at State & Federal court, having taken and defended depositions, managed witness preparation, and have motion practice and strong research and writing skills.
