The Chief Compliance Officer will develop, implement and oversee the Company's Compliance Program. The Compliance Program will be focused on the development and implementation of processes and procedures throughout the Company's retail operating units which are designed to ensure that the Company's operations are compliant with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and consistent with the Company's core values.
