As an experienced Bankruptcy Partner, Counsel or Associate with ideally 8+ years experience you will have expertise working with financial institutions executing restructurings and enforcing rights and remedies in secured, unsecured financing transactions.You will also have some experience in representing secured and unsecured creditor's assets in Chapter 11 reorganizations and liquidations of holders of distressed debt.
