Employment Partner with Clients

EMPLOYMENT/LABOR ATTORNEY PARTNER WITH CLIENTS:  We’ve got a great opportunity for an Experienced Employment Attorney who’s generated a decent amount of business, and wants to go to a place where his/her litigation & counseling skills, leadership abilities and client development talent will be supported and nourished.  Our client is a strong, profitable regional law firm with a great mix of practice areas and clients.  They’re looking for a smart, polished professional who has at least 7 years of law firm experience handling wrongful termination, discrimination and other workplace-related litigation matters; as well as in providing strategic advice to clients regarding the prevention and investigation of workplace complaints.  The amount of portable business required varies depending on the amount of experience, with a $250K threshold.  Must be member of the California Bar.  Traditional labor experience is a plus.  This is a great opportunity for someone whose talent and leadership abilities are getting lost in the bureaucracy of a large firm.  Compensation is competitive, and all inquiries will be handled in strict confidence.
