The Los Angeles office of a well regarded international law firm seeks to bring in a small health care practice group. The ideal group would have expertise on the transactional side of health care, including such matters as negotiating financing, joint venture, M&A and operational & service agreements for HMOs and other medical care providers; and handling healthcare related issues such as provider licensing, HIPPA and other regulatory and compliance matters. Although our client’s LA office is part of a larger firm, it has succeeded in maintaining a mid-sized configuration and informal, collegial atmosphere. Compensation and other arrangements are negotiable based on collective expertise and value of portable business. All inquiries will be considered in strict confidence.
