Water Rights Partner

Well regarded regional law firm seeks a partner-level attorney with expertise and portable business in water law matters.  The specific experience sought includes transactional or litigation experience in water rights, regulation, control, contamination/remediation and/or related matters.  The amount of portable business required is fluid, depending on experience, but should be at least $400K.  Attorneys interested in this opportunity must be members of the California Bar, have at least 6 years of experience handling water issues, and have the type of collaborative go-with-the-flow personality that would be an ideal fit with this firm’s collegial office culture.  Compensation is competitive, and all inquiries will be handled in strict confidence.
