Front Runner Consulting is an executive search firm specializing in the turnaround & restructuring industry. We work with companies whose core competency is turnaround & restructuring consulting, accounting firms providing advisory services, private-equity firms investing in distressed businesses, law firms providing bankruptcy counsel, and investment banks offering restructuring services.

We are conducting a search for a partner attorney with a minimum of ten years of financial restructuring and insolvency experience who resides in the New York City area. You must be admitted to the New York bar. This opportunity will be for someone who has consistently billed over $1.5 million in annual fees and has graduated from one the top law schools or universities.

You will be representing debtors and creditors, official and unofficial committees, acquirers, trustees, and major parties in insolvency matters which include chapter 11 situations, receiverships, and assignments for the benefit of creditors and well as out-of-court restructurings and workouts.
