Ranked as one of the best companies to work for in Dallas, this mid-size law firm has an excellent opportunity for a Junior Bankruptcy Partner or Associate with portable business of $450K+ to join their elite group of attorneys.  Full service law firm that specializes in commercial transactions, real estate, mergers & acquisitions, tax planning, etc.  so that you can handle all of your clients needs.  

Bankruptcy department has Sr. Bankruptcy Partner and Jr. Associate to offer support.  Ideal candidate will have enough work to keep him busy (80% occupied).  There is lots of synergy in the company as they have met budget this year and are looking to grow and expand in the coming year

Tax associate with a minimum of 5 years experience in state and local tax. Large-firm, state tax boutique, multi-state tax experience or trial experience preferred.  Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 5 years experience

Intellectual Property associate with a minimum of 2 years experience and mechanical engineering degree to take on heavy patent prosecution and opinion docket.  Representative clients include those in the consumer  products arena, medical devices and engines and generators.  Ideal candidate will have experience in drafting applications and writing opinions.  Litigation experience is not necessary.  Admision to USPTO required.

Patent prosecution associate with a minimum of 2 years experience for biotech prosecution, opinion and due diligence work.  PhD in molecular biology or immunology preferred.  Advanced science degree required.  Admission to the USPTO required.

Patent prosecution associate with a minimum of 1 year experience.  Advanced degree (PhD) in chemistry or biology required.  Admission to USPTO required.

Intellectual Property associate with a minimum of 2 years experience.  Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or Pharmacology background necessary.  Litigation oriented position.
