Leading Global Financial Services Firm Job description :
Suitable candidates will have a working knowledge of the ISDA Equity Derivatives documentation, they should be able to draft amendments and have experience in negotiatng this agreement A working knowledge of options and swaps and the other products that fit under the equity derivatives umbrella would be an advantage both from a legal and business standpoint Candidates should be able to prioritise their portfolio and communicate this to the business to provide accurate timelines for delivery This role will be based on the desk for a significant portion of time, applicants should be familiar with this environment and able to work comfortably at this pace. Who we are looking for :
The right candidate will have strong academics and experience from either a top 20 AM law firm or in-house, ideally the latter They should be able to work in a fast paced environment and closely aligned to the business They will require experience with highly structured contracts so should have at least 6+ years working in this area, ideally focussed on equity derivatives.
