A securities and Investment Banking Group with a global presence. Job description :
The primary functions of this role will be to: Negotiate Repurchase (repo) and Triparty Repurchase agreements, Prime Brokerage agreements, Guarantees, Confidentiality, and other ancillary agreements. Negotiate agreements relating to equity and fixed income repurchases, securities lending, and stock loan transactions The role will report directly to the General Counsel for equities and Fixed income and would suit a candidate with at least 5+ years in this area. Who we are looking for :
Suitable candidates should have a working knowledge of negotiating Repo, Stock loan and ISDA agreements amongst others. They should have an aptitude to broaden their experience within the Equities and Fixed Income area and should be committed to a career in this space. Whats on offer :
