The right candidate should have the ability to: Negotiate and draft Schedules to the 1992 and 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and Credit Support Annexs Provide legal support for sales people and traders on trading related issues and documentation. Negotiate confirmations Provide training/guidance to sales people on issues related to the ISDA Master Agreement and Credit Support Annex. Review collateral agreements and loan documents. My client is looking for an Attorney admitted to the New York Bar with 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating ISDA Agreements.The right Candidate will pe pro-active, a good team player with a diligent approach and a desire to progress their career withing this sector. Whats on offer :
