Intellectual Property Associates

Our client is seeking Intellectual Property Associates with 2-6 years experience in intellectual property matters for positions that include legal services for patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, trade secrets, false advertising, computer software/internet protection, licenses and agreements. Attorneys will be involved in challenging, high-level intellectual property work with an emphasis on counseling clients in strategies for obtaining and licensing intellectual property assets, intellectual property litigation and rendering opinions related to intellectual property will also be required. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with patent and copyright infringement litigation and U.S. patent practices. We are looking for associates with Electrical Engineering, Science, computer hardware/software, semiconductor technology, wireless or telecommunications technology, biology, chemistry, computer technology, physics or other engineering knowledge. New York and U.S. Patent Bar admission is preferred.
