This role requires a candidate with 8-10 years experience with private fund formation. The candidate is likely to come from a similar private wealth management group, a fund of fund or an alternative asset manager. Who we are looking for :
This role will join a small group of 3 attorneys, the role will be working autonomously and will therefore need a candidate who is a self starter and confident in their ability to work independently. As this is a relatively small group and they will be coming in to an area that is growing, the right candidate will be personable and an excellent communicator. Whats on offer :
