This firm is looking to expand their corporate and transactional groups presence in the New York office. They are looking for Corporate partners who can bring portable business to the group (minimum $500K).This group will provide practical, efficient advice and services to help assist Clients in all aspects of complex corporate and transactional matters. Corporate generalists with some exposure to M&A and securities are ideal. Who we are looking for :
