Job description :
You will be an existing IP partner (general experience across patents, trademarkets, licensing and copyrights.. both transactional and litigation) at another law firm. You will work in the firms litigation group. The firms IP group is consistently rated as a very reputable IP practice servicing both US and International clients. Who we are looking for :
You will have significant experience in both IP prosecution and IP litigation. The position requires someone with strong expertise in IP laws and a general practice focus.You will be admitted to the NY Bar, and currently be working as an IP Partner at another firm.You must have a portable book of business ($500K).
