Our Client is looking to bring on a Real Estate Partner to round out its existing practice areas. This Partner would help develop and bring along commercial real estate clients. This partner will have experience in commercial real estate development working with various types of entities and on complex finance transactions including securitization of commercial loan portfolios, mezzanine financing, debt restructuring, sales and acquisitions as well as drafting and negotiating commercial leases and various types of agreements. Who we are looking for :
As a partner joining this firm, you will be able to bring a portable book of business as well as work to create new opportunities through business development to ensure the continued success of the firm and the growing department. Large firm experience is not required. You will be joining a collegial group of attorneys committed to doing excellent and sophisticated work.
