As a Commercial Litigation Partner, you will direct and support clients through a myriad of complex city, state & federal matters from strategic planning to crisis management.Your portfolio of work will incorporate representing clients in developing new partnerships with government entities; those looking to obtain regulatory approvals; in litigation or investigation complex issues.Your significant government and public sector experience will lend itself well to advising on: Antitrust Corporate Governance Economic Development Healthcare White-collar crime Tax and tax certiorari Employment Banking, Insurance & Securities Regulation Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Partner working in the public and/or private sector fields in a capacity relating to government matters at another law firm.You may also be a current or former state/federal goverment official looking for a fresh challenge in a law firm very well established in areas where you have exceptional expertise and knowledge.You will ideally have a portable book of $1Million +.You will be admitted to practice in New York.
