As an experienced Real Estate Partner you will have significant experience in sophisticated transactions or court room litigation matters in any area/s of real estate.The firm currently have a gap in the business for an experienced Real Estate Partner and you will benefit from the opportunity to develop the real estate practice at the firm, define the platform for long-term success and leverage off existing relationships, revenue streams and clients who may need real estate advice on top of the business you can bring.As a firm with a diverse practice focus and long-term client relationships, this is a very unique opportunity! Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Real Estate Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience practising and developing clients in the areas of real estate transactions and/or litigation.You will currently have a minimum of $500K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can act as the primary Real Estate practitoner (leveraging from the firms clients) and be looking to grow your book.An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and respectful mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.You will be admitted to the NY bar.
