As an experienced Trusts & Estates Partner you will have significant experience in sophisticated estate planning with an emphasis on family business and succession consulting, advanced estate, trust and leveraged gift planning, planning relating to charitable gifts for purposes of income, gift or state tax, and probate and trust litigation.You are used to providing a personalized and confidential service to high net worth clients and their families to ensure a longstanding and successful practice.Domestic estate planning is expected and any experience with international estate planning for US persons with substantial assets abroad is desirable. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Trusts & Estates Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience practising and developing clients in the areas of estates planning and administration.You will currently have a minimum of $500K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can act as the primary T&E practitoner (leveraging from the firms clients) and be looking to grow your book.An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and respectful mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.You will be admitted to the NY bar. Whats on offer :
