As an Equity Derivatives Counsel or Partner within the Capital Markets Group you will be experienced in providing guidance to clients relating to derivatives (in particular equity and debt offerings) transactions and/or regulatory matters.You will have significant legal coverage and knowledge of designing vehicles and structuring products to meet specific trading, financial and credit needs.Some of the areas covered will include public & private debt and equity issuance: IPOs, equity secondary market offerings, high yield debt, secured debt and financings. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Equity Derivatives Attorney working in the Capital Markets or Derivatives practice at another law firm or potentially within a financial institution.You might currently be a Senior Associate/Counsel with a small amount of portable business looking to make the step up in title OR you will be a Partner with a book of business upwards of $1Million. You will be admitted to practice in New York. Whats on offer :
