Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney

A San Francisco-based, multi-practice law firm known for its high-quality work product and congenial working environment seeks a senior real estate attorney with a background handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions -- particularly those involving large retail stores and shopping centers.  The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have at least 10 years of experience handling large real estate deals from soup to nuts, from the initial proposal stages through purchase & sale, planning, construction and closing.  CA Bar membership and solid academic credentials are required, along with strong communication skills and a highly-developed business acumen.  Compensation is competitive based on experience.  All inquiries and resumes will be considered in confidence.
