As a Corporate Partner with at least 10 years experience you will display broad expertise in representing clients across a broad spectrum of transactions including: corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions of privately held and publicly traded businesses, private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings and recapitalizations, secured and unsecured debt financings and other corporate and commercial transactions.You will also serve as outside general counsel, advise on day-to-day legal issues and coordinate as appropriate with attorneys in other practice areas.The firms corporate clients include publicly traded companies, venture capital funds, hedge funds, commercial banks & other financial institutions. They also support middle market and early-stage companies in a wide range of industries. Who we are looking for :
You will be a Corporate Partner with at least 10 years experience ideally from a large law firm. You may also be a group of Corporate lawyers looking for a new platform or opportunity to strategically drive client and practice growth.You will possess broad expertise in areas of: M&A, Securities, Corporate Finance and Private Equity transactions.You will be admitted to the NY Bar.You will have a portable book of business of $500K+ and be looking to further grow your book/client base.
