Attorney Partner

Our client, a top tier mid size firm is seeking partner level candidates with "portables" to join their growing presence in New York. This firm is looking to grow from 70 to 100 attorneys in the next two years and presents a collegial environment, promoting substantial work / life balance (1700 billable hours required) and a management transparency that fuels greater loyalty among it’s entire workforce. They are looking for lawyers who practice with significant amount of activity in one of the four following areas: Real Estate and Finance, Intellectual Property, Health/Life Sciences and Bankruptcy including Financial Restructuring. Real estate includes all aspects of transactional and litigation practice. Intellectual Property, too, includes all aspects such as patent prosecution and (especially) litigation, trademark prosecution and litigation, copyright, media, entertainment, sports, advertising & licensing. Health/Life Sciences includes provider representation in regulatory and transactional matters as well as litigation (including white collar and regulatory). Their Health/Life Science practice deals with medical devices, pharmaceutical, vaccines, companies that provide equipment, etc. to medical providers. Bankruptcy includes all aspects of creditor, creditor committee, bond trustee, hedge fund, mutual fund and debtor representation.
