Position Description:

- Conduct legal research
- Gather information and prepare responses to Information Document Requests
- Provide advice to business units within the company on potential audit issues
- Provide advice regarding the FIN 48 reserves
- Coordinate audit process with the IRS

Position Requirements:

- Tax attorney with 2 to 4 years experience in tax controversy
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the tax code and tax regulations (including tax procedure)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to negotiate, drive consensus, communicate effectively
- IRS experience desired
- LLM in Tax desired
