You will be a Junior Insurance Coverage Associate with ideally 2 to 3 years experience in insurance defense.You will represent policyholders around the world in disputes with their insurers.You will provide advice and strategies that identify coverage opportunities, protect against unnecessary losses, and secure revenue from insurance policies through litigation and alternative means.This group represents Fortune 500 insurers as well as small and privately held companies. This group represents insurers in all types of insurance coverage claims and matters including asbestos, broker liability, business interruption, commercial general liability, crime and fidelity, director and officer liability, products liability and mergers and acquisitions. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate with ideally 2-3 years experience at a recignized law firm with excellent academic credentials. You will be NY Bar qualified.You will choose this firm because of the interesting and creative work that is handled within this group but you will also want to join a firm where the environment is collegial and community oriented.
