Our client is a mid-sized full-service law firm with offices throughout the US and an international presence. Job description :
You will be a Junior Labor & Employment Associate (ideally 2-4 years experience) working in the New York Office of a nationally recognized practice.You will be involved in a variety of federal and state based employment litigation matters covering areas such as: employment class actions, wage and hour issues, employee benefits lawsuits, workplace safety matters, and labor-management relations disputes.You will be heavily involved in all pre-trial responsibilities from research and writing through to taking and defending depositions.You will also take ownership of employment advisory work and maintain contact with clients. Who we are looking for :
You will ideally be a 2006 law school graduate and currently be working as a Labor & Employment Associate at a law firm.You will have sounds knowledge of employment law and how it relates to litigation, transactional and advisory issues.You will be admitted to the NY Bar. Whats on offer :
