Our client is a global pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer based in New York, NY. We are assisting them in their search for a Senior Counsel to oversee all aspects of the sales, marketing and promotional pieces of their business. Job description :
You will be responsible for all legal matters as they relate to the development of marketing and advertising materials, in addition to all training materials as they relate to sales/marketing training. Reviewing marketing and advertising collateral for FTC, FDA, and other regulatory compliance is a key component of this role.You must also be knowledgeable about FCPA, Anti-Kickback and other newly enacted regulations as they relate to a persons ability to sell and market a pharmaceutical product. Additionally, you will be responsible for review of product packaging, labeling and point of sale displays for certain products within the organization. Who we are looking for :
We are looking for a highly-qualified attorney who: Graduated with honors from a top law school Has worked both in-house and with a well-respected law firm Has significant prior experience with pharma organizations, either in-house or as a firm client Is currently engaged in the advisement on FCPA, Anti-Kickback and other similar regulations Understands FDA regulatory policy for product labeling Whats on offer :
On offer is a compensation package to $200k.
