You will be based in New Jersey and working directly with a very busy and experienced IP Partner.You will ideally have between 1-3 years experience in IP Patent Litigation and Prosecution in the Life Sciences space.You will take responsibility for Hatch-Waxman issues relating to litigation and transactional matters; patent litigation; IP due diligence evaluations, opinion letters, and licensing, patent prosecution, and regulatory issues, with a particular emphasis on life sciences. Who we are looking for :
You will have between 1-3 years experience in both IP patent litigation and transactional matters, ideally within a large & very busy law firm environment.You will be JD qualified with excellent academics and be admitted to the NJ Bar.You will have a Masters or PhD in a life science, ideally chemistry from a recognized school.
