As an experienced ERISA Partner or Counsel with ideally 10+ years experience you will have expertise as the defense in all aspects of ERISA litigation, including issues relating to: plan qualification, plan termination, reversion of excess assets, fiduciary liability and benefit claims.Your experience will have covered representing plan sponsors or administrators, or trustees.As an ERISA litigator you will have extensive experience in negotiating, arbitrating and litigating withdrawal liability claims arising under ERISA. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced ERISA Partner or Counsel with ideally 10+ years experience in representing plan sponsors or administrators, or trustees.You will have experience in both litigation and advisory matters both domestically and internationally.You will ideally have a portable book of at least $750K+ and be seeking a firm that is committed to help you grow your practice.You will be JD qualified and admitted to practice in NY. Whats on offer :
