As an experienced Tax Partner with ideally 10+ years experience you will have generalist expertise handling many aspects of tax law including: transactional matters, tax planning, partnerships, income tax law, real estate tax, joint ventures, hedge funds, and private equity funds, etc. Whether you are maximising a tax benefit or minmizing a burden through a transaction or structuring tax-driven deals your experience will have covered many different areas and a broad range of domestic & international clients. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced generalist Tax Partner with ideally 10+ years experience in representative transactions covering many aspects of tax law.You will ideally have a portable book of at least $700K+ and be seeking a firm that is committed to help you grow your practice.You will be JD qualified and admitted to practice in NY. Whats on offer :
