As an experienced Trademarks (Soft IP) Partner or Counsel with ideally 10+ years experience you will have expertise in handling a variety of infringement and onther complex IP-related matters.Your broad knowledge will include client exposure to any one or more of the following areas: trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, licensing & development, unfair competition, false advertising, publicity and privacy rights, trade secrets, Internet and domain name issues, protection of digital rights, trademark and content licensing, marketing and affiliate agreements, due diligence and exploitation rights. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Trademarks Partner or Counsel with ideally 10+ years experience in representing domestic and international clients in all facets of Soft IP issues.You will ideally have a portable book of at least $750K+ and be seeking a firm that is committed to help you grow your practice.You will be JD qualified and admitted to practice in NY.
