As an experienced Trusts & Estates Partner with ideally 10+ years experience you will have expertise working on sophisticated estate and personal planning, including family business succession.The firms practice represents high-net-worth individuals & families in any of the following areas: Personal planning Trust and estate administration Family business management and succession Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Disability planning Asset valuation Surrogates Court litigation Charitable donations Tax forbearance for non-U.S. citizens Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Trusts & Estates Partner with ideally 10+ years experience in trusts & estates adminstration, and personal planning.You will ideally have a portable book of at least $1Million and be seeking a firm that is committed to help you grow your practice.You will be JD qualified and admitted to practice in NY. Whats on offer :
