You will be a highly skilled Healthcare Regulatory Partner with significant experience in representing clients on matters relating to the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.Whether bringing a new product to market, responding to an agency enforcement action, improving or responding to food safety and drug safety practices and needs, or attempting to challenge a new regulatory initiative; you will be particularly well versed in navigating the regulatory process and finding solutions to clients problems. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Food & Drug Regulatory Partner working at an established international law firm and with an emphasis on clients in the food, dietary supplement, and cosmetic industries.You will possess a significant book of realized" portable business of at least $1Million and ideally somewhere above $1.5Million.You will be admitted to practice in NY and hold your JD (or equivalent) from a recognizable law school.
