Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking to hire Commercial Litigation Associates with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience. Their litigation practice has broad and deep experience handling litigation matters in both federal and state court at the trial and appellate levels as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Their litigators are equally comfortable representing plaintiffs or defendants and are accustomed to handling matters of exceptional complexity, such as nationwide class actions, parallel civil and administrative proceedings, and nationwide and multidistrict litigation. Over the years, they have developed significant experience in many areas, having litigated cases involving significant contract disputes, business torts, franchising cases, energy and utility actions, construction claims, disagreements among shareholders, and other corporate-related litigation.
