Corporate General Counsel

Corporate General Counsel-15+ yrs. experience, including litigation, transation and corporate governance, preferably within the construction industry.    

Previous Corporate legal experience is a plus. Prior Supervisory responsibility of legal staff.   JD Degree Required. Must be a dynamic, hands-on, extremely well-organized leader of legal issues, self-motivated and results oriented, exceptional communication skills in highly visible position.   Impeccable integrity and reputation that complements the success and credibility of HBE.
