General Counsel

Corporate General Counsel-15+ yrs. experience, including litigation, transation and corporate governance, preferably within the construction industry.     Previous Corporate legal experience is a plus.    Prior Supervisory responsibility of legal staff.   JD Degree Required.      Must be a dynamic, hands-on, extremely well-organized leader of legal issues, self-motivated and results oriented, exceptional communication skills in highly visible position.   Impeccable integrity and reputation that cmoplements the success and credibility of HBE.     Responsible for case analysis, and preparation and management of all litigtation affecting Company, management of caseload and outside Counsel, effectively interface with internal management team and report directly to the CEO.     FOr immediate and confidential consideration, please send your resume with references and salary considerations
