Leading Global Asset Manager is looking to add an Investment Advisory attorney to the team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience at a law firm followed by in house experience handling Investment Advisor/Investment Company legal/compliance issues. Who we are looking for :
Leading asset manager is looking to add a senior attorney/compliance officer with 5-8 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have experience handling; drafting private fund documents, negotiating Investment advisory agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, wrap fee platform agreements, reviewing marketing materials, broad based Investment Advisory/Investment Company compliance advice as well as knowledge of FINRA rules & regs.
