The Senior Counsel - Regulatory will develop, communicate and implement effective regulatory communication to advance growing, complex, exciting and progressive business agenda before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. The Senior Counsel will have primary responsibility for executing regulatory strategies. The Senior Counsel will manage outside legal resources and non-lawyer professionals and engage in hands-on regulatory practice before the Commission.
