Provide legal advice, counsel and training to the Food Safety/Quality Assurance/Food Defense Department, Food Product Development and food merchants on food product labeling; food store signage; product safety, recalls, withdrawals and pulls and holds, food borne illnesses and outbreaks, policies and procedures, food operations and FDA, USDA and FTC regulations and state and local Health Codes.
