Experience reviewing and drafting agreements Pharmacy with pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans, PBMs, and other health and retail vendors; knowledge of HIPPA, Medicaid, Medicare, and healthcare compliance issues, including fraud and abuse; understanding of retail pharmacy operations, including business development, regulatory and reimbursement issues, and experience handling regulatory actions involving the DEA, FDA, HHS, law enforcement agencies, and state boards regulating pharmacy.
