Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies and solutions to lawfully facilitate the companies and its affiliates commercial objectives while mitigating any associated legal risks. Provide legal advice and support to power generation and gas (LDC) operations in Mexico including project development, asset management and finance matters. Draft and negotiate acquisition, disposition and other complex contracts and agreements. Ensure legal compliance with national, state, and/or local laws and regulations in Mexico.
