We are looking to add a lawyer to our practice in Shanghai, China. We seek to add an associate with 5+ years of business law firm experience. Candidates should have a law degree and a license from China. A LLM degree from a U.S. law school is preferred but not necessary. We also require excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills in both English and Chinese. Strong academic and professional credentials are essential.
