The Associate Corporate Counsel will serve as the Company's primary resource on sales, support, and distribution agreements and licenses as well as the Company's contracting policies; assist with the Company's vendor contracts operation, including the negotiation and administration of contracts and addenda; maintain the Company's boilerplate sales, support, and distributor licenses and agreements.
