The Associate Counsel will negotiate and draft agreements on a variety of commercial and corporate transactional matters, and provide legal advice to managers on a variety of business-related, legal subjects. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for a business group or groups and provide secondary support to the remaining groups. Assist in facilitating and monitoring litigation on behalf of the corporation, including assisting special outside counsel retained for purposes of the particular litigation, and reporting on the progress of the litigation to the management.
