Fortune 500, specialty insurance company is seeking an attorney to join a highly collaborative in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have relevant legal experience as well as an aptitude for analyzing legal issues and building consensus among members of various departments to reach a decision. This position mainly focuses on drafting and collaborating with the Finance department on all of the Company's 1933 and 1934 Act securities filings (10K, 10Q, 8K, Proxy Statement etc.).
