This Associate Counsel position will provide legal support regarding employment and labor matters to internal clients by conducting research, providing advice and training, drafting documents and advising on employment hiring and termination issues in approximately 48 countries, including the U.S. This position will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the Human Resources Department, in addition to providing employment legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, and integration issues.
