Purpose of the Role: Provide legal counsel in support of our businesses including card processing, merchant acquiring, ATM activities and related activities. Main responsibilities include negotiation and drafting of various agreements with customers, partners and suppliers (primarily card processing agreements, agreements with merchants, licensing agreements and technology purchase agreements).
