Cultivate, solicit and steward donors and prospective donors for planned and major gifts and to market planned gifts in a designated region of the country through chapter partnerships, professional advisor councils and related programs. Develop, prepare and present national, regional and local planned giving educational and development programs (e.g. tax saving approaches, planned giving types, methods and techniques) to internal and external customers. Provide legal research, analysis and advisory services required by department and division.
